Danny Turkel
Danny is an experienced early-stage investor, real estate entrepreneur, and small business operator. Having more than a decade of acquisition, management and operating experience across multiple verticals and industries, Danny has developed a unique perspective and approach in creating value in multiple asset-classes and industries. Danny brings his curiosity about niche industries and focus on sound business fundamentals to aid in helping our search partners and CEOs.
Alon Amar
Alon brings diverse investment experience and advisory work over the last decade from publicly traded equities, early-stage venture capital and as a small business operator/investor. Having been involved in the analysis and structuring of >$1B of private investments across multiple geographies, he brings a global perspective to his work with search operators. Alon is passionate about identifying outstanding search fund CEOs and uncovering differentiated business opportunities alongside them.
Jojo Rabinowitz
Jojo has led and cultivated many of Liberty’s key relationships in the real estate industry over the last decade. The firm relies upon Jojo as a creative force behind key decisions in execution and operation of our various ancillary real estate businesses. In this capacity he is directly involved in the conceptualization and execution of some of Liberty’s most significant investments and projects.
Dan Bochner
Dan has broad experience in accounting and financial analysis from Angelo Gordon & Co., CoreCommodity Management LLC, and BDO USA LLP. With six years of experience in the alternative investment space, Dan brings hands-on knowledge in both public and private securities across multiple asset classes. Dan has a BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University, a CPA, and is a Level III CFA Candidate.
Aakash Patel
Aakash has a strong background in investment banking, M&A, and financial analysis with a track record of successfully advising on over a dozen exits across Edgemont Capital Partners, covering the healthcare industry, and FE International, covering the SaaS sector. With over six years of experience, including roles in accounting and operations at Lek Securities Corporation and EY, Aakash brings a diversified knowledge base spanning multiple industries. Aakash holds a BS from Lehigh University with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He is also a CPA, has completed Level II of the CFA, and possesses Series 7, 27, 63 & 79 licensures.

Dan Astrachan
Dan has over a decade of experience supporting physicians, patients, and organizations of all sizes in advancing their goals within the healthcare industry. He has excelled in launching businesses in new markets, navigating complex sell-side and buy-side transactions, and operating small businesses. Most recently, Dan worked as a VP at Discover Health, supporting the company’s acquisition strategy and running Northeast operations. Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Health Care Management.

Aryeh Mernick
Aryeh brings deep experience in overseeing the execution and operations of key investment projects over the last decade. The firm relies on Aryeh to direct and facilitate the Group’s operations across diverse business segments. Prior to joining Liberty, Aryeh spent the first few years of his career at Deloitte as a consultant to Private Equity firms such as Blackstone and KKR and was involved in one of the largest REIT IPOs in U.S. history.
